Kaiser FC products are made to order.
After an order is placed, the product is produced individually by one of our print-on-demand fulfillment partners and then shipped directly to the customer. This means there is no traditional inventory and each garment is created specifically for the person who ordered it.
Production Time
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days.
During holidays, product launches, supplier delays or unusually high demand, production may take slightly longer. Production time is separate from shipping time and runs before the package is handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Zones & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Kaiser FC currently ships to the following zones:

Reference costs are shown in US dollars. At checkout, the equivalent in your local currency (EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, USD) is calculated automatically using current exchange rates. Applicable VAT is added at checkout where required by law.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after production, by destination:
- United States: 2–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 2–7 business days
- Rest of the World: 5–15 business days
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing and seasonal demand.
Fulfillment Locations
Kaiser FC works with print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Depending on the product, size, colour and destination, your order may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations:
- Customers in the United States are typically served by US-based providers when available.
- Customers in Europe are typically served by European fulfillment when available.
- Customers in Canada and the Rest of the World may be served by either US or European fulfillment depending on the product and stock availability at the time of order.
This approach reduces unnecessary shipping time and improves delivery performance whenever possible.
Carriers
Shipments are dispatched through trusted carriers, which may include national postal services (USPS, Deutsche Post, Canada Post), DHL, FedEx, UPS or other regional providers depending on the fulfillment location and destination.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available. Please allow time for the tracking link to update after the shipping label is created, especially during high-volume periods.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers (outside their respective economic zones) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or fees required by their country.
Kaiser FC cannot control or predict these charges, as they depend on the destination country, the declared value and local regulations. If customs fees apply, they are the responsibility of the customer and are paid directly to the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery.
Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss and damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Once the package has been handed over for shipment, Kaiser FC is no longer responsible for damage caused during transit, except in cases where carrier liability or applicable law provides otherwise.
Delivery Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to:
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions or strikes
- High seasonal shipping volume
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
We appreciate your patience if a delay occurs and will do our best to assist when contacted.
Failed Delivery & Reshipment
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to the fulfillment centre because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, missed pickup, or failure to collect the package within the carrier’s holding period, reshipment will require the customer to cover the additional shipping cost.
If the failed delivery was caused by an error on our side or by the carrier, we will arrange reshipment at no additional cost to the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the order has already entered production or shipment, we may be unable to change the address or recover the package.
